As we passed through Finland we took dancing lessons at the WERMERSKIRCHEN dancing studio in Helsiulei. Her interpreter, HELEN NIEMINEN was on hand. Later, we relaxed in a sauna owned by LORRAINE I-IARVALA and PAT KANGAS. At our stop in Barneo we were greeted by a superb marching band directed by TOM CARY. The band consisted of TRACEY LANG, CONRAD MACK, BLAINE ZELLER, and TOM YAGER. Our stay in Paris was a lovely one, for we took in a style show which featured the latest creations of KAY PIKE. After the review we spoke with SHERRIE SITTIG, one of the models, and her personal hair stylist, JEANETTE SCHMITZ. Later we went to a Paris art exhibit showing paintings done by KAY KUEBER, DONNA LAMB, JUDY PEABODY, and EUGENE BRUMBAUGH. We were then invited to join a group of beat artists in an expresso house, where we were entertained by ENID SANFORD, who read poetry, accompanied by MARI HEWITT on her flute. On our last night in France we were entertained in the home of RICK BOYER, the famous film producer. That night we stayed at the Houston Hotel, one of a chain of hotels owned by CHARLES HOUSTON. While in Arabia we were guests of DOROTHY RESCH, one of the sultan's wives. We also rented some of SUSAN BEDFORD'S three-humped camels, which were trained by BILL ISAACSON. In Japan we had the honor of bathing in JUDY LANGGUTI-I'S community baths, run by WAYNE PIKE. MERLE MEISNER and KEITH TERHARK, who headed a geisha girl house, invited us to visit their establishment. JEANNE MALM took us on a tour through her Japanese orphanage and everyone left with a child. Later we turned them over to RICK COCHRAN who organized them into a football team. In Germany we were given the honor of viewing the joint invention of DENNIS HAMMES and TOM BENSON, which appeared to be a mechanical stale joke teller. Then we visited the Black Forest, where we met the chief coo-coo clock maker, ROGER HOLMER. He then showed us his factory, where ELLIOT ANNETTE, DAVE CRANDALL, RICHARD SCHAUER, BERNARD LARSON, DAVID STEARNS, and JOHN NELSON were making coo-coos. At Oxford University in England we had the pleasure of sitting in on one of Professor FRED HOFER'S math classes, and one of Professor GARY HUBBEL'S World History lectures. In Italy we ate at the LABONTE Pizza Palace, where DAVE CRISTLIEB, DUANE KUEBER, and KEN PARSONS were dicing onions The official tear wiper, KAREN HARJU, was at the moment wringing out her crying towel. During our visit in Spain we attended a bull fight, in which RALPH MCMILLEN fought off three female bulIs.Q?j The Swiss welcomed us when they found out we were friends of the world renowned yodeler JOHN HEINZEN. Then we joined the mountain climbing team of JOAN PETERSON, DAVID SITZ, ARCELIA KNIGHT, GEORGINE PACHEL, and IEANNETTE PETERKA. In India we viewed the rebuilding of the Taj Mahal, under the instructions of JEROME Cl-IRISTENSEN. Our final stop was in Alaska where we met JOE RESSLER, who was selling refrigerators to the Eskimos. This prophecy may not be an accurate picture of the future, but you may be sure that the class of '63 will be the best ever.
