Marla Miller, Brenda Miller Marla Miller demonstrates techniques she uses in macrame. The Forensics meets this year were held on March 12 - Subdistrict, March 26 - District, and State on April 23. The different categories and members were: Declamation - Penny Christianson and Karin Martin; Demonstration - Marla Miller and Marina Van Keuren; Ex- temporaneous - Betty Jo Diebold; 4-Minute Speech - Karren Engel and Agnes Kanikula; Oratory - Brenda Mil- ler, Lauri Vuchetich, and Terry Christ- ianson; Significant - Polly Christianson and Julie Vuchetich; Poetry - Tom Dil- lon, Rae Ann Breckenridge, Paul Kemper; Prose - Bill Pribnow, Theresa Kanikula, and Jennifer Anderson; Storytelling - Shari Martin and Jenni Hurth. The students put a lot of hard work into preparing their speeches and stories and learned a lot from their ex- periences. 27
