Torch is a lot of work! Again this year the torch staffhas tried to make the best yearbook ever. With a staff of only eight members trying to grasp all the happenings in a school year isn’t an easy task. With this few members, the staffhas to work much harder to try to meet our deadlines so you would receive your yearbook as early as possible. The staff sponsored many successful events during the year such as a car wash, record hop, and hot dog sales to try and raise money to go towards the torch fund. Mr. Busby was advisor for the torch again this year. He put a lot of time and effort in helping the staff to put together a good book and without him the job wouldn’t have been completed. Senioreditor, Mary Phillips, rummages through negatives tor the yearbook. Mr. Busby, advisor, took time out of his busy schedule to take a trip on the river. Mary and Marina strive for the best photos and writing materials for the yearbook. 14
