Y 'llhe important Mesa Relays was the next opportunity given ns to strut our stuff -and strut we did, taking the meet with a total of 103 points. compared to second- plaee Mesa with 76. North Phoenix and llhoenix Union followed in that order. Batiste star1'ed liv cracking a long-standing record on the 108 yard low hurdles. On -Xpril 21 we moved to Phoenix to compete in the Class .X meet there. ,Xgain it was the same story-liatiste.
