Rudolph, ljrose, lilson Lierhart, Padres, Painter AX third tournament entered by our tennis team was the .Xrizona Gpen State. Here was offered stiff competition from El Paso and California contestants although for the honor of the ole schooln the team outranked their opponents and estab- lished more honors for themselves. . No. obviously, the girls' tennis team has not been loahng this year, but the daily practices and week-end matches have given rise to some of the high school's most cherished memories. Miss Young deserves a bunch of posies, and our leading lady, Toni Rudolph, has certainly earned a compliment for three years of top tennis.

Dancing Exercises For the second year in the history of T.ll.S. the ,Xrchery Club was presented to girls for GAA. credit. This year the class was larger, nearly doubled, and was under sponsorship of Miss Virginia Robinson, The Club met every Saturday morning on the Held. Each girl shot four rounds. This year dancing' was a most popular class. Under the capable teaching of Miss Virginia Robinson, the advanced dancing class got under Way with an assembly at the beginning of the year. The fundamentals of dancing were well learned- partly because the antics of the girls added to the entertainment of the class. But the obvious main reason was Nliss Robinson. as she displayed her talent so well the girls took a sincere interest in the dancing. A Class Shot
