5444946-.4'a v l On May 25, 1963, one hundred twenty-seven couples attended the Jr.-Sr. Prom at the new Erawan Gardens Hotel. Between seven and twelve the couples enioyed a prime rib dinner and dancing to the fabulous orchestra led bv Hugh Givens. Bill Renner gave a magnificant drum solo and one couple demonstrated the Charleston . Highlight of the evening was the crowning of Queen LINDA SWEET by Jeff Castleman, Senior Class President 216 lk Lynne ancl Marlene with their escorts Queen Linda 8. her escort The exotic atmosphere of the Erawan Gardens, the delicious dinner, and the entertaining music made the 1963 Jr.-Sr. Prom an unforgettable event.
