This revised plan provides for the physical facilities necessary for a student body of 7,000 by 1971-72. The 4,000 day students and 3,000 evening students will have adequate parking space and will attend classes in air-conditioned buildings. Each bien- nium the State Legislature releases funds to the College based upon its increase in enroll- ment. It appears that Palm Beach Junior College will be engaged in a continuous build- ing program on this campus until 1972. Even more important than the new physical facilities which will be added during the next six years are the technical and specialized curricula which are now available and are being planned for the immediate future. Palm Beach Junior College has received recog- nition for the breadth of educational opportunity it provides to the people of this area. The College will continue to explore these opportunities and, at the same time, continue its interest in Science and the Humanities. Palm Beach Junior College, in its thirty-one years of educational service, has played a major role in the preparation of the teachers, doctors, lawyers, dentists, engineers, busi- ness men and community leaders of our county. We look forward to an era of even great- er service with the aid of these alumni and friends. asi -t - 6 Harold C.
