On October 26. Pacifica held its I979 Homecoming at Bolsa Grande Stadium. The Mighty Mariner Machine bat- tled the Bolsa Matadors and posted a 7-6 victory. This year's homecoming was an old fashion de- light. The five princesses circled Bolsa's track in dated classic cars to begin the halftime pag- eant. And although the night belonged to Sophomore Princess Jennifer Mclntyre and Junior Princess Cheri Mason as much as it belonged to the senior princesses, their fates had already been uncovered.
