Till We Meet Again N dim days gone by Overbrook gathered us together as a class from many schools. YVe came. we saw. and we became a part of Overbrook. Strangers became acquaintances and acquaintances budded into staunch friends. Side by side we pursued our paths and together we faced the pain of diseouragement and the elation of success. Our lives broadened and the years passed till now, we part. The beaten path is always behind usp the untrodden path, before. Courage and foresight are needed to go forward. Mistakes are but a means to success. Every man or woman has his or her place in lifeg it lies with him either to fit himself for it or find a suitable substitute. Variety is the spice of lifeg that is why we all differ. We are individuals and should be educated and live as such. The wisest man on earth knows too little about himself. Discover who you are and what you can dog then do it! Overbrook has given us much while we have given it little. We have been taught by a group of fine men and women. Their task has been one of effort and labor. They have tried to instill in us an appreciation of the finer things in life, so that we may taste, and finding them good. convert more. All that we have learned has not come from between the covers of a book. but from their lips. As our teachers, they taught usg as their pupils, we shall bear the fruits of those labors in future years. Overbrook. you hold much that it dear to us. livery memory that you hold is a treasureg every joy you give us finds a warm spot in our hearts. Now. fellow classmates. farewell. XYe have filled our place and now must move on our way. XYe can convey little of what we feel through speech or written word. And last, but not least. a word for that scholarly gentleman who has guided our class affairs. Mr. Ruth. He was one of us. sharing what was our lot.
