Downs Jr. served as thc director of public relations lor the University. Hc handled the official publications lor the school. Miss Martha Green served as thc manager ofthe bookstore. She was in charge ol' keeping the bookstore stocked with items lor the students 1 use and needs. Willianz Downs Jr. served as the director of public relations for the University.
