diehindl the 505m . . . To those who have gratiously helped in the publication of this annual we wish to express our sincere thanks. For the long, tedious hours of pounding a typewriter, for the brain-racking days of compiling lists, checking and re- checking, and for all the other many things that had to be done, we want to express our deepest appreciation to our fellow workers. We have attempted to give you, the majority of students, an annual you will like and enjoy reading many times. If we have succeeded in this task, the sleepless nights spent, gallons of coffee gulped, and pounds of aspirins consumed will not have been in vain. Of course there will be a few insignificant guys and gals who will beat a path to our door for some minor detail of no more importance than a misspelled name; others Will harp because they are not prominently featured in the snap- shot section, or not mentioned in the calendar of events. May we take this opportunity to express our apologies to these egotistical individuals, and re quest that they be as lenient as their physical make-up will allow. So to you, the- majority, we are happy to give to you the 1942 OUACHl- TONIAN, to have and to hold, and to keep for posterity. We will never forget the Victorious football season, the specials, days of craming before mid-term exams, the grand showing our boys made in basketball, the friends we have made this year, and of course, December 7, 1941.
