English Opens Doors to Communication At OHS many new subjects have been added to the English Department thus developing it into an extremely interest¬ ing part of an OHS student ' s curriculum. Seniors are offered a semester in the humanities. In this course, discussions along with films and novels are combined for the development of the student ' s in¬ terest in music, literature, drama, art, and philosophy. Seniors are also offered a program of composition to develop a better writing skill. Sophomores have also been subject to a new phase in the English Department. One semester of speech is offered to help the young people talk in front of others and to better their writing.
