Turnham, With the help of their picturesque homecoming display, the juniors started out the year with a bang last fall by being the first class to win the newly created trophy contest. Marilynne Johnson was chosen as their attendant to the Homecoming Queen. The juniors undertook the annual money raising project (magazine sale) with great enthusiasm, thus winning a plaque for their sales ability. On November twentieth they presented their junior class play, Junior Miss. They raised money for the Junior-Senior Prom by sponsoring several Flash dances after basketball games, and the Fall Frolic and Heart Hop. All-in-all this year's juniors, led by their capable officers and advisers, will deserve the honors to be bestowed on them when thev become the leaders in the school next year. Being in the Senior High was the big privilege of the sophomores this year. At our homecoming their attendant to the Queen was Ramona Wechsler. A big event for them was sponsoring the Bright Eyed Bounce after a basketball game in January. The sophomores, through their incentive and new ideas, have proved themselves an asset to the school.
