Oregon State President Ed Ray issued a letter to students stating that the blackout shows that we are united as a community.’ The Homecoming gome against the Utah Utes showcased the Beavers domination on the gridiron and the Beaver Nation's love fa their team | ROTC students lead the annual Homecoming parade. AND THE STREAK CONTINUES. ..Homecoming is always fun event, each student constantly trying to one-up the other with an uber competitive school spirit. But there was something extra in the air this year, as the OSU football team was on a five gome win streak. And as fens consumed one too many cdult beverages, the football team managed to do it again, winning 21-7 over Utah, end making them the best football team Oregon State University has seen in over 100 years. HOMECOMING BONFIRE Free and open to the public, the Homecoming Bonfire is a tradition over 100 years old. With a combination of wooden crates and some lighter fluid, the enthusiastic Oregon State Beaver Nation is given a spectacular sight.
