S i C 8 U C 3 i o n 48 Academics Physical Education is under the direction of Miss Weber and Mr. Steele. This is lvlr. Steele's first year at OHS. ln the PE. curriculum they learn the basics of sporting activities such as dodge ball, whiffle ball, soccer, wall tennis, and volleyball. Lifetime sports activities include, outdoor tennis, golf, and bowling. Next fall swimming will be added to the schedule. Strength conditioning is offered for both the males and females in grades 9-12. ln this class they work on the different weight machines to help shape and tone muscle tissue. To finish off the year the men's weight classes compete in the lift-a-thon. Checking Becki Trenhaile for the percentage of body fat is Miss Weber. Giving someone that sly look is Coach Steele. Reading the results from the previous night's basketball games is Mr. Steele.

eek spa w 4.4 L Spirit Week The Year of the Olympics was the theme for 1984-85. The homecom- ing festivities started with the students dressing up in formal wear, sweat suits, ties, inside-out clothing, and the usual red and white day. Students showed their enthusiasm and spirit by dressing accordingly. The Chanticleers defeated the Adam Central Patriots. Crowning of the King and Queen was held after the game at the Vet's Club due to the rainy weather. Kim Clement and Brian Meese were crowned by the reigning royalty of 1983-84, Kathleen Warner and Tad Melia.
