The time is drawing nigh That we must say good-bye To teachers and friends As our high school days end. Freshman Stunt Night: the class plays- Hats Off To Grandma and The Happier We'll Ben: The Banquets and Proms: the Christmas dance: They'll all live on in memory. So will Sneak Day and Graduation: The magazine drive that for three years our class won. And now, remembering all these joys, Let's have a word 'bout the girls and boys. Pat Brookover is a brilliant soul: Without effort she makes the A honor roll. Joan Cantrill, always well-dressed, is seldom aloof: This friendly soul will be 'Ma Hoof'. Dave Crone is handsome and a Romeo born About this charmer, the girls we must warn. A redheaded girl is Theresa Daughenbaugh She'll make some man a very good squaw. A basketball player is Bill Dorsey: This good-natured fellow is full of glee. Ed Enzinger is a popular boy: He is also filled with lots of joy. A musical girl is Janis Fehr: She is always quite debonaire. Judy Folgate is a Senior, too: She is always nice to you. Another fellow is Elwyn Foss: This boy is never cross. A home ec. student is Donna Gift: She'l1 run her home with lots of thrift. 'Miss Personality' is Beverley Gross: This popular girl is seldom morose. Jo Ann Hurless is a loud and happy nut: She just can't learn to keep her mouth shut Elaine Janicke is so slim: Her waistline is very trim. Arlene Jordan thinks her fate: ls to have a Blacksmith for a mate. Gene Lehman is a baseball fan: He will drive a big sedan. Joyce Lindenman seems quite shy: But after you know her, she's sly and spry. Jean Messinger sold lots in the magazine d ne On any kind of sports, she'll thrive. Nate Neuenschwander likes his car: With it he will go far. 'Keep working' is Cynthia Phillips' creed: In whatever she does, she will succeed. We're talking 'bout Miss Resser, Dee: Many big plans for the future has she. A guy named Richards, meaning Jerry: Keeps us all very merry. Barbara Rockey transferred from Monroe last year We're surely glad that she is here. Big feet have nicknamed Bill Schmid: For athletic honors he makes his bid. A 'brainy' boy is Robert Schulz: When he competes he has good results. A tall fellow is Bill Schwarze: He likes various kinds of sports. Leila Sigafus is an acrobat: She wins contests with Judy and Pat. Stephen Switzer is so tall: And his 'Kathy' is so small. Gladys Wagner is so kind: A nicer girl you'll never find. 'Class oflicers elected were: President, Iris Knodle, Vice-President, Nancy Bender: Secretary, John Barmoreg Treasurer, LaVerne Barker, Student Council, Sharon Foss, Robert Davidson, and Gary Rote. Among the Broncos are Bill Blankenhorn,, LaVerne Barker, Richard Stabenow, Robert Davidson, and Eugene Gross. We also have a cheerleader who is Sharon Freese. The class members participate in many of the activities and organizations such as FFA, FHA, GAA, Band, Chorus, Teen Talk, Library, and Basketball. Mr. Clayton Gardner is our adviser. His help and guidance is much appre- ciated. Our class play was produced March 26. It was Showdown at Saw-tooth a mystery, comedy Mr. Thibodeau was our director. We also sponsored the prom and banquet for the mighty seniors. To raise money for our causes we sell BAR-B-Q's at the basketball games. for the mighty seniors.
