Il throughout high school stu- dents look forward to being a sen- ior. Being a senior means accom- plishment and responsibility. Working hard to obtain goals set in the early years if high school are often rewarded by less academic intensity in the senior year. Seniors have alot on their minds though, like completing Civics, P.E., and English requirements. Most sen- iors look forward to going to college, whether it's a 4 year university or a ju- nior college. Many college preparations are necessary i.e. sorting out the col- lege that best interests you, sending the applications before the deadlines and taking the S.A.T. The senior year has plenty of work, but it is also a lot of fun. By the senior year, many students are able to drive and have their own cars. There is more freedom, but also more responsibility. Seniors get special privilages like the senior lawn and senior yearbook pic- tures in color. One very important privi- lige is the notorious senior prom. This years prom is sponcered by the junior class and will be held at the U.S. Grant hotel in down town San Diego. This is a very special occasion for all seniors. Seniors take pride in their school and contribute a great deal to the schools' morale. This years' seniors have helped bring back the pride and excite- ment that goes along with a good school year. if e' . Q. . -. 'B gi J S P ,., ,,,, . e T Q J Y , 1- j aj ...fmt 5?
