The Deltons, led by Carol Rossi, club president, and advisor Mrs. Millhouse, accomplished a lot this year as a service club. Towards the beginning of the year, they held a Big-Sister pic- nic at Felicita park for the freshmen girls. They also had a Christmas party at the Home of Guiding Hands. The Italian club, advised by Mrs. Sanfilippo, sold various items, such as corn nuts and mistletoe along with candy canes, to raise money for trips and meals. Fol- lowing their trip to Seaworld they hope to make it to Europe during the summer of 1977. The Italian club has I5 members and the president is George Santiagog the vice-president is David Moong the treasurer is Jeff Cassg and the secretary is Donna Brog- na. a. The Italian club. b. The Guitar club meets once a week after school and occasion- ally during fifth lunch. The club plays most types of music, all of them just for fun. The Guitar club was open to everyone and was advised by Mrs. Raven. Little to no snow halted any definite planning of ski trips until after the Christmas break. Mrs. Bohannon, the ski club ad- visor, hopes to arrange trips to Mammoth andfor a weekend trip to the northwestern states. Club With the excellent help of piano player Sally Lawrence, the OGHS chorus worked hard to gain perfect balance and pitch. The group was smaller than usual, consisting of only 65 members. They performed several concerts during the year, including a Christmas and a Spring concert. Perfectly blended voices were heard as the well-known Modern Chorale performed. The group consists of 16 members who sing 4 part harmony. They perform many times throughout the year at various places including Lawrence Welkis and at concerts with the chorus. a.
