Friendships Grow With Changing Ways A new experiment was used this year for the ASB. The Senate; a new branch, was set up to find out whether the dividing of the ASB into more sections would give the students a better oppor¬ tunity to express their wishes and to be able to do more things. This proved to be a successful plan and will continue on through next year. The ASB is important to the student-body because it is the link between the faculty, students and the administra¬ tion. It also sponsors the memories for many Orange Glen students in the form of the Yearbook and the News¬ paper; both of which are partly funded by the ASB. H ■ . ' I ri ' S r { mm m .ijv i

The club host¬ ed the Homecoming ceremonies and dance along with many other worth-while projects. At the beginning of the year, an ASB card could be purchased for eleven dollars. This provided the students with free admission to all of the football games, dances and sporting ac¬ tivities. It also sup¬ plied students with a free yearbook at the end of the year. Thanks to the ASB, Orange Glen is a more pleasant place to get an education. 23
