Seniors making outstanding plays in their final homecoming game were John NeSmith, who broke open for a 69 yard scamper for a touchdown, and Tim Stewart, who passed six yards for a touchdown. Junior Jim Patton opened up the second half by returning the kickoff 95 yards for a touchdown.
