ISHN, Dr, Cook, Mr G Z The Tomahawk Staff is indebted to Birmingham Southern College for the production of our first beauty pageant which culminated in the crowning of the top senior beauty, Miss Patsy Paris, as Miss Tomahawk. Mr. C. E. Cook, public relations manager for Birmingham Southern College, and the feature editors ' Tatum V of the Tomahawk Staff were responsible for the presentation. From the twenty-three girls selected by the classes of Oneonta High School, nine were chosen by the panel of judges as class beauties and to have their pictures in The Tomahawk. The evening was climaxed with an informal tea held in the Oneonta High School Library for visiting guests, The Tomahawk Staff, and the beauty contestants.
