Co-ordinating one's schedule to comply with the needs of i850-plus teenagers is something that few administrators would care to attempt. But North's principal, Kenneth Burkholder, is not only willing but eager to do just this. He firmly believes that a good school is one that meets the needs of its students, therefore, he regularly steps aside from his 'normal duties to guide and counsel Vikings. Counseling comes easily to Mr, Burkholder, who has dealt with a multitude of situations in past years. He has successfully coached de- bate and athletic teams in several high schools, as well as having taught science. His bachelor s degree is from Midland Col lege and master s degree from the University of Michigan Mr Burkholder has taken add: tional courses at several other colleges This year Career Day consumed consider able of his energy and time Its success main tained our schools high reputation both scholastically and socially and proved that his talents have been well directed Of Mr Burkholders ll years at North three have been as principal and eight as assistant prin cipal dg,mpnn l!ll'lKw :sf 3 ,r if fait 'xx gf: xt rf wzgflfxgh ,jars gm gf?
