OWQQCOWQUQ The h ghllght of the fourth annual Home coming celebration was the crownung of Dnxue Ehler as Homecoming Queen The ceremony took place durnng the half of the Homecomung game wuth South hugh school November 6 at Munncupal stadium D xue was selected from a group of 24 sensors Candidates were nomunat ed by various clubs and extracurricular organ: zataons The furst event on the schedule was the 2 pm Homecomnng game with the Packers North trsumphed over South for the fafth con secutlve tame wlth a 2l l3 wln A pep rally was held In the audltorsum precedung the game Follownng the game came the fourth an nual Homecoming dance Many Vukungs spent the evening dancing In the cafeterua to the music of Ray Backman and hns orchestra Dunng the untermussuon Duxue was Intro duced by Leonard Bond faculty member of the Homecoming commnttee The Artusan pos ter desvgned by Fred Corbuno Paul Hass and Duck Sutphen took first pnze nn the poster competltuon Other wlnners were Bel Canto second pruze and Thesplans thurd pruze Post ers representing an event Important In the school hnstory were submitted by varuous clubs The planning and preparations for the Homecoming actavltues were undertaken by Mrs Ellen Pearey chanrman of the commuttee wnth the asslstance of faculty members Leon ard Bond Ray Kennedy Robert Mohlman and Kenth Stewart and student members Loss Luenenberg and Bull Lenstner Po ter wunners reach for Homecoming trophy Queen makes her unterm sion appearance the three dumensnonal winner Polars a at crash of the football team through ther Good Luck Gate danc ng conversatlon lust look ng at the dance . 9 I - . . . 1 .
