Foreword Olivet started the 1961-62 school year with a new, clean, and different slate. What will we do with it? How will we use it? What will we gain by it? These and many other questions were in the minds and hearts of the students, faculty members, and administrators when school started in September of 1961. 1961-62 has had its season, its time, and its purpose. The season has been filled with many opportunities: social activities, lyceum programs, lectures, classes, and revivals. The time has been marked by the building of Willingham Hall. This year has had its purpose too: a Christian Education. We have not always been conscious of this purpose, or at any time fully realized it, but five, ten, twenty years from now it will be evident as we look back through the events of this year. In Ecclesiastes 3:1 we read To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose.
