Pro- perty was purchased, and a frame building was erected in which the church services were conducted, while a four-room cottage was used for the convenience of the leaders. GbeHurora ' 26 HE FIRST building, a small frame structure of three rooms, was planned in May, 1908, and was completed October the first of the same year. The school was then moved from Georgetown to Olivet, and enlarged to an academy, with Professor Fred Mesch, principal, and with an enrollment of fifty students. The frame structure was moved from Georgetown to Olivet, and used for classes. A tent served as a dining hall, and the students roomed in the neigh- boring farmhouses. The school year closed with a camp meeting, at which time an institution was organized and placed under the management of a board of trustees.
