Every student deserves recognition, however, only the most outstanding received awards. For Football, the recipients were: Earl Rendon and Blll Shipley-Outstanding Freshman. Mike Schmalz 8. Brian McAlexander-Co-Captaln Awards. Mike Schmalz-Outstanding Llneman. Mike Nelson-Most Valuable Player. Recipients ln Volleyball were: Elizabeth Trounce-Outstanding Freshmen, Tammy Scott-Outstanding J.V. Most Improved-.Julie Wlnce, Becky Dickerson-Most Valuable Player.
