Dormitory living, a necessary mainstay Moving into the dorm environment turned out to be more difficult than it looked to most freshmen. Giving a room two or three personalities took a little time, and making it work took even longer. Students discovered that the dorm had its own set of schedules, with the day beginning at a terrifying 10:45 a.m. and ending at a weary 2 a.m. After eight months, however, most little dorm rooms seemed more like home than home did. LATE night parties can be enjoyable as proven by Ann Pettit, Denise Lewis. Susan Boyd and Pam Dunn. SINGLE students as well as married couples find living in the apartments a dif ferent life style, as Judy Tenney relaxes in her living room DORM resident Julia Hurd finds time to chat on the phone extension in her YOOITI.
