Q-gy Stamper retires after 17 years of teaching Dr. O. B. Stamper retired following this school year after teaching at OCC for 17 years. The division received for- mal reaccreditation by the State Depart- ment of Education and the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education. the Special Education pro- gram had its first graduates this year. RETIRING at the close of the year, O. B. Stamper, Professor of Education, meets some of his final students.
