The Windstormers entertained during the year by playing mostly current popular songs for a variety of audiences. Little recompense is given to the Windstormers, except personal self-satisfaction. -They joined because- they enjoyed the work, and don't feel the need to be rewarded - except for maybe some applause. ZETA DELTA chapter of KAPPA Pl Kappa Pi was formed in 1977 on the campus of OCC. Mrs. Elizabeth Mason, National Secretary for Kappa Pi and lifetime Board member was the install- ing officer. Kappa Pi is an international scholastic fraternity for art students and art patrons. Requirements for membership: Must be of Junior standing lcredit hoursl. Must have at least six semester hours at the chapter school. Must have at least a 3.5 GPA in major. Must have an overall GPA of 3.0. Must have a desire to belong to the organization solely for the purpose of supporting the arts profession in your school and community. A tall initiation banquet is held at a nice restaurant with the installation ritual following.
