Building additions continue to expand Buildings in progress seemed almost always a part of life at OCC. Students watch as the new Garvey Fine Arts Building went through the last stages of completion, and many helped move furniture into the new facility. The new Walter H. Judd Theatre, in the half' round, hosted its first play and an opera. As the Fine Arts Center ended construction, ground breaking cere- monies began construction on a new commons building to be shared by Heritage Heights Apartment dwellers.
