'Who climbs the grammar-tree knows where Your time' almost up, cautions Mrs. Caldwell (center). Jill Samonsky patiently waits for Bruce Rosen to finish his book report. LANGUAGES A study of languages gave students a well balanced program of grammar, literature, and composition. Mrs. Skinner's Latin classes studied background and grammar and also read many pieces of literature. In English class pupils studied grammar as a background for more efficient speaking and writing. They read and discussed many selections of both traditional and recent literature. The Spanish classes, this year, worked on scrapbooks containing news of Spanish-speaking countries. A scale model of Paris, with its important and interesting places, was constructed by the French classes. Ruth R. Bankson English, Reading Margaret Boat English Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was Paris. This fact is proved by Robert Cohen, Chris Gill, George Campbell, and James George. Leanna C.
