CLASS May 22, 1953, That is the day we've been waiting to see. Twenty-nine graduates will march down the aisle, To receive their diploma, from our dear O. C.L. Iris Baker, the first of our twenty-nine. In looks and books, Wow! She does fine. Rosalind Bigham is a cute little girl, By her many boy friends she is kept in a whirl. Lois Beach, a make-up expert, In Government class she is always alert. A pretty blqnd is our Joanne, Some say sh.e's tops in doing the can-can. Phyllis Witten, the finest in the land, Is always ready to lend a helping hand. Patty Hunter is our 'Slirn Jim She always looks so nice and trim. Pauline Hofmann, a real brunette, She rates a 1 in etiquette. Ellen Schaadt his cheerful grin, She likes a guy y the name of Iirn. lanet Walls, a gay coquette, Leads our cheers with lots of pep. The Totem Pole Editor, a secretary she'll be, Who else but Thelma Gephart, Could this one be? Janice Ricketts keeps boys on the alert, It rnust be her friendly smile and her ability to flirt. Christine Pollak, a career girl to be, Can prepare tasty dishes as easy as 1-2-3. Bob Brand, a Hiedelberg fan he'l1 be, When he enters college next fall to study for his degree The F. F .A. president is Dick Galloway, He'l1 be a June groom, I've heard some say.

POEM The editor of this book, None other than Bob G. Deserves a great big hand, As I'm sure you'l1 all agree. A basketball hero, a curley haired fguy. None other than Clarence, who is ar from being shy. Don HEh's ambition is to farm, Some y he'll marry some young charm. Charles Doan is an all-round athlete, Connis is his gal, so girls no use to compete. Charles Clouse is an all right guy, After taking Home Ec. , I bet e bakes good pie. Ned Scheidt is the guy, That rates a 1 in everyone's eye. Bill Army, from Shawnee he came, Now he is Dorothy Jean's tn gain. A great bi grin, a great big uy, This descrgbes our president, gon, Who is always willing to try. A very nice kid, his name is Jim, He's one who has a lot of vim. Listen, everyone have you heard about the boy, Who has joined the Navy and is learning to say 'AHOY He's the guy of whom many gals are fond. Or did you know, his name is John. The next on the list is om artist, Jack. He's a swell kid, in fact, not much does he lack. Melvin Fickert, is always willing to work, If he has a job to do, he doesn't try to shirk. Maybe you have wondered who counts your face, When at noon to the cafeteria you race, This is none other than Lloyd T. He knows the girls from A to Z. Wavel Taylor has wavy hair, With anything he has, he is willing to share. Last but not least, I hope, You finish the rest, 1 will sign off, THE DOPE.
