They finished the year with a 11- 8-4 over-all record and 4-4-2 in league play, lwhich was good enough for a tie with Huntington Beach High School for 3rd placel. Looking forward to next year, this team will have a very bright future with all of the starters returning plus a few very good J.V. players moving up. Ocean View hosted a 16 team girls' soccer tournament and finish- ed the tournament with a record of 2-1-1. Our goals for next year are to win this tournament, and also to challenge Edison High School for the lst place in Sunset League. Since the girls' soccer program started three years ago, Edison High School has been defeated only once. This year by Ocean View High School.
