Music has long been one of man's favorite forms of expression. The Oakcrest choral groups carry on this noble tradition with ability and emotion. The highlights of the year for our vocal organizations are the Christmas Concert and the Spring Concert. The Choraliers, an all-purpose singing group, performs for many school programs and represents Oakcrest at various concerts and civic functions. The Madrigal Singers sing on occasions when a small group is appro- priate. The Modern Choir specializes in popular music. The light repertoire of the Girls' Glee Club is presented by girls who wholeheatedly enioy singing. The performances of these choral groups have lifted the spirit of the student body and have been an especially pleasant addition to the atmosphere of Oakcrest. i - I girls glee club Seated, from left: Miss Jones, Peggy Dickerson, Sharon Weber, Dona L.
