QTTering many more acTiviTies, The new Girls' Fieldhouse was a welcome sighf To girls. EaTing lunch ouTside and Tramping To The library-house across The sTreeT symbol- ized our anTicipaTion Tor The compleTion oT The NorTh Wing. BeauTiTul and spacious were The well-eguipped library, lunchroom, and arT rooms which we are proud To use. lvlany villagers Tollowed our guesT Tor knowledge in The new AdulT Evening School which held many diTTerenT classes. We, Too, learned To Tell Time by The new clock on The Tieldhouse wall. DiTTerenT paTTerns oT school organizaTion also conTribuTed To our developmenT in Tour years. WiTh Dr. YoungerT's reTiremenT, Dr. Lund came To guide us on our way. New courses and advanced sTudy Tilled our new schedule, consisTing oT eleven periods in- sTead oT Ten. Special ecguipmenT in our new Language Lab helped many oT us gain Ta- ciliTy in speaking Toreign languages. As Seniors we slowly adiusTed To The new alpha- beTical separaTion oT The sTudenT body inTo Three divisions, and puzzled over a new guidance program wiTh nine deans insTead oT eighT. Then, Too, meTal monsTers, our IBM machines, spouTed TorTh our records and reporT cards, keeping accuraTe counT, saving Teachers hours oT Time. l-lighlighTing our Tour years, we also re- member The TirsT T-lomecoming TloaTs by STudenT Council and Tabula, our 'lag Day peak oT spoon: The preservaTion oT Tair- ness Through our new poinT sysTem Tor posi- Tions oT sTudenT leadership, brighT, dashing band uniTorms oT lighT blue and dark: and, DOQPE challenge as hosT To The ThirTy- TourTh Suburban Girls Comcerence.
