22 Members of the boys' court were Steve Davis, Joe Ernst, Rick Hauck, Tom Ham- moor and Dave Swadner. On Friday evening before the Colerain game, a 60-car motorcade, including floats and candidates, paraded through the neigh- borhoods surrounding school. Around the track the traditional bed races were held e cross-country claime ing the victory. Four floats were en- tered in competition. Diamond Oaks captured first place by using an enor- mous reproduction of Elton John and Elvis Presley. Second Place went to the senior class whose replica of a '56 Thunderbird un- fortunatley went up in flames, adding more living color than the seniors had planned. Sophomores ranked third with their jukebox, while the Juniors! surfer float placed fourth.
