The Junior Red Cross has as its aim the purpose of promoting healthier minds and bodies for world citizenship. Their dedicated service is a link in the chain of better human relationships. Composed of two elected representa- tives from each home room, the coun- cil is divided into International, Na- tional, Community, and School Com- mittees.
