The pep club co-operated loyally with the pep band to arouse a hearty school spirit in support of athletic events. Some of the pep rallies were made more interesting and more inspiring by the presentation of skits by members of the pep club, directed by their sponsors, Miss McNutt and Mr. Smithson. The Football and Basketball Frolics, sponsored by this group, proved to be social high lights of the year, Both events were well attended by curious subjects of the new royalty.
