This year students change teachers at the semester break. This is a beneficial lear- ning experience forthe students, who gain from the knowledge of two dlfferent teachers. Mr. Wagner likes his job as head of the English Department, but he feels that there are both advantages and disadvantages to his position. I have an extra period off to organize the department duties. I really need two periods, because this job is more demanding than if it was just another English class.
