TRACK The Arrowhead League champion track team started the 1972 season with an optimistic outlook. The team had a total of 13 meets and returning lettermen includ- ed Kurt Brees, Mike Flaherty, Bruce Hill, Mike Van Voorst, Mike Erickson, Richard Bickel, and Mike Wathen. The squad was coached by Steve Harris, who hoped to lead the Titans to another Arrowhead crown.

GOLF The 1972 Notre Dame Golf Team should be one of the finest the school has ever fielded. Returning starters from last year's squad include 4fNumber-one man Tom Telliard, Mark Herzog, Chuck Culbertson and Dave Boldt.
