On October 14, the anniversary of the ap- paritions at Fatima, the members of the student body, together with the grammar school girls, assembled to give pub- lic expression of their lore for our Blessed Mother by reciting the rosary. The theme was Story1and , and among those characters portrayed were Raggedy Ann and Andy and the Goose That Laid the Golden Eggs. 04060: Our night rally, prior to the San Jose game, was a tremendous success due to the kind assistance of our benefactress, Aunt Tessie French. She is pictured at right as she receives a small token of our appreciation from L. Hibben, Athletic Manager. Below, our rooters assemble in San Jose's school yard after the exciting volleyball varsity games which we won. We listen attentively as the San Jose girls entertain us. On the last day of October we began one of our major projects of the year, the Marian Pilgrimage. This pilgrimage was our final tri- bute to our Lady in her Marian Year The girls attended Mass and re- ceived Holy Communion for six consecutive Saturdays. On the sixth Saturday a breakfast was given to those girls who had completed the Pilgrimage.
