This year's Irish matmen had another impressive season which stems from a tradition of good wrestling at N. D. The Irish rallied to a 14-6 record this year, the best dual meet record ever at N. D. Highlighting the record, were victories over rivals Father Ryan and McCallie. The Matmen topped off the season with 2nd and 5th place finishes in the District, and State Tournaments respectively.
