A thoroughly Christian Education that distinguishes Notre Dame's Curriculum shall ever be held a cherished privilege and a precious heritage. Equipped with those fundamentals that make progress secure, we graduates are destined to wield a salutary influence through many generations. What we have absorbed during these four scholastic years, in surroundings, where sacrifice, innocence and love are happily blended, will stand by us forever. We salute our Alma Mater, praying that the good works we have so well begun, may be crowned with eternal splendors. Farewell, dear Alma Mater! We leave thee with regret, Where 'er our path-ways lead us, We ne'er shall thee forget. Sweet memories cluster 'round thee Like attar of the rose, And golden is the vision, That ever brightly glows.
