That is US in fear and trem- bling before our awesome fac- ulty. Not that we are really afraid of them. 'That is just pretend. We like to make them feel good. Mostly they have been too busy this year to let us practice our wiles on them. This year they added Home Visitation to their regular duties. Our Home Room teachers called on our parents. 'We scrambled, while they talked about our pres- ent school program and future plans. This project to bring parents a better knowledge and under- standing of current public edu- cation problems in Norwood was approved by Superintendent H. S. Bates and the Board of Edu- cation. Qur faculty also carried out a self-evaluation program throughout the year, similar to the Qhio Education Association plan for the rating of secondary schools. l94l also ended the four-year increment period for the faculty. minisffzafi n
