This year the Council has done much to carrv out its purpose. Among the traditional activities sponsored bv the Student Council are Homecoming Festivities. this year highlighted luv an added attraction of Color Weekend: the Nlarcli of Dimes Campaign, which has lween supported bv the Council for several years. and the Activity Dinner. which marked the end of another successful year. This year the Student Council attempted to improve school dances bv the introduction of a julie box. Also. the Student Council has helped in the planning of a Teenage Code.
