CLASS WILL E of the enior class, writing finis to a noble career, have drawn up this affidavlt in the presence of those nine old men otherwise lcnown as the Supreme Court Ju tices This body of men was chosen because we felt that, inasmuch as this is probably the greatest conglomeration of students ever to graduate from Norwich High School they are the only ones capable of handling our legal affairs such as they are We have favored the following with some of our prized and, to say the least, most precious possessions To the Juniors the hope that they will endeavor to approach the pretentious record estab lised by us We hope that when the Junior class taltes possession of Senior study hall it will react favorably to the literary atmosphere created by that inspiration of many wayward students, Miss Lynch Llpon the Sophomores, we bestow our appreciation for the finer things in life including among them tastes for good manners fine literature and all ofthe things that tend to malte little ladies and gentlemen A special bequest to this class is our hope that they will not find public entertainment too boring Since the pupils in this next class are so tender and immature, it is doubtful whether they would respond to the ways of the world, therefore, we leave the Frosh the uncarved desl4s if there are any upon which they may display their talent for art lo this class we leave the lo the boys ofthe school in general we leave the hope that when the honor students are selected there will be a goodly number of males present to uphold their claim to superior intelli gence over the fair sex It is our sincerest desire that Pat Johnson will restrain from using her magnetic power to entice handsome young men Elmo Robertson, alias Buclc Jones will restrain his emotions and cease to draw at the drop of an eyelid Gerald Jim Londosx Farnham will teach gentle brother Fred the technique of parlor wrest n Smol4ee Joe, the heart beat of many a gal will l4eep the flame burning for us Seniors after we have gone Jaclt Wilcox alias Smoothie will teach the younger generation how to dress and obtain the minimum in comfort and the maximum in loolts To Mr Wassung we leave our multitudinous thanks for the interest he has shown toward the welfare of our class and best wishes for success in his new field To the faculty we leave our sincerest wish that their efforts to fortify us and help us face the cold, cold world have not been in vain An last but not least it is the will ofthe entire class that our advisor Miss Stewart shall always be remembered for malcing these the most enioyable never to be forgotten days of our life Martin Lacatena 37 f f ' . .
