The Senior Attendants are Marie Pen- tress, Iaye Finnegan, Rosemond Mitchell, lean Rawlings, loan Tise, Ann Wagner, Phil Walker, Ioe Carroll lohnny Watkins, Robert Polk, Calvin Whealton, and Bob Tugwell. The l957 May Court was presented during the intermission oi the senior Play. The court was made up of representatives oi each class. The Freshman and Sophomore classes had two girls each, luniors, four girls, and the Seniors six girls. A new addition this year was a Senior boy as escort for each Senior Attendant. Our Queens story is much like that of Cinderella. l-ler hidden beauty became a reality to put the finishing touch on her Sen- ior year at Norview as she was crowned May Queen. Other members of the court are Mabel Coverdale, Norma Riddick, Sandra Price, Shelby Motley, luanita Gardner, Sandra Calkins, Loretta Myers, and Suzanne Baker. 67 'Heant -Hop The Heart Hop is spon- sored annually by the National Honor Society. The dance was gaily decorated in the traditional colors ot red and white tor Valentines Day. The court was nominated by the Honor Society and elected by the student body The Heart Hop is the last iorrnal dance of the year for the entire student body. fN Attendants are Florence Ward and Iohn Barlow. Attendants are Ierry Boone and Fred Blum. Everyone in the Heart Hop Court smiling hap- pily as they were pre- sented during the dancer The King and Queen ot Hearts are Eddie Bailey and Barbara Tones.
