Bain, Bain, go away! This was the cry Df Norview fans at our Homecoming Festivi- ies. The rain did stop long enough for the lialf-time ceremonies, the crowning of the '56 Jlomecoming Queen. The court members and the Queen, who Vere selected by the football team and kept II secret until half-time, entered the field in T957 convertibles and were led to the middle of the field Where the court was introduced, End the Queen, Marie Pentress, was crowned y the sponsor of The Pilot, Mrs. Ardath lones. The Homecoming Dance, which was Co- ponsored by the Pilot staff and Monogram Club, was held at the school after the game. Mr. Pigskin , Iohnny Watkins, who Was 'hosen by the football coaches, Was an- ounced during the intermission of the dance ly the head coach, Mr. Pete Sachon. The class of '35 was honored by the embers of U57 Pilot staff at a reception fter the game. There were twenty-six mem- ers in the class, and twenty-nine members Jere able to attend the festivities.
