ADMINISTRATION ACTS OUT Dr. Kelly has been principal of Northwood Junior High since 1959. Prior to this position he served as teacher, college lecturer, and principal in other places. He re- ceived his Bachelor of Science Degree from State Teachers College at Troy, Alabama, and his Master of Arts and Doctor of Education degrees at Indiana Uni- versity. This is Mr. Moore ' s second year as assistant principal at Northwood. Before coming to Northwood he was Chairman of the English Department at Lakeside Junior High. Prior to his Lakeside assignment he was in the Columbia City school system for ten years. He attended Indiana University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees.
