School Council Leads Student Body One of the many projects sponsored by the ' School Council was Clothes for Appalachia, cared for by the Student Welfare Committee consisting of Karen Oser, Jan Latz, Jim Stanczak, Bumell Gump, John Christen, and Dale Verhest. With the satisfaction of knowing they were help- ing someone in need, these students collected and packed items of clothing. Drama Club Goes Modern at Thanksgiving The Speech and Drama Club entertained the school in November by presenting Thanksgiving A La Carte. Many weeks of preparation and 7:30 A.M. practices took place before the play was presented to the school. The final result was well worth the time spent in preparation !
